CALUM GRAY
Partner - Sales
Calum Gray was previously Head of Sales at Embankment Films, Head of Sales at Celsius Entertainment, Director of Sales at Independent Films Sales and Head of Sales and Acquisitions at documentary specialist Mercury Media.
He has sold and pre-sold titles including double Academy Award winner The Father, The Son, Purple Hearts (#7 on Netflix's all time Most Watched films), The Wife, Military Wives, McQueen, Simon Chinn's Weinstein doc Untouchable, Oldboy, Moon, What We Did On Our Holiday, Starred Up, Gimme Danger, Metro Manila, Exit Through the Giftshop, We Need to Talk About Kevin and Safety Not Guaranteed.
Calum was voted one of Screen International's 50 Future Leaders in Sales & Acquisitions in 2012 and has lectured on film distribution for Creative Europe, NFTS, Film Wales, The European Documentary Network and Creative England. He is on the board of Film Wales.
PATRICK FISCHER
Partner - Finance
Patrick is a financier and creative entrepreneur. He has helped finance over forty films and television series with budgets in excess of $100m and is one of the founding partners of the finance company Creativity Capital and the post-production house Creativity Media.

Patrick holds an MBA from the Bayes Business School and his notable credits include the BAFTA winning Under the Shadow and the BAFTA nominated feature doc McQueen.
RICHARD KONDAL
Partner - Production
Richard is the co-founder of Creativity Capital and Creativity Media and has been a creative and business driving force behind both companies.

A BAFTA nominated post-production veteran as well as a film producer and passionate entrepreneur, Richard's specialty is co-production structuring, most recently as the UK co-producer on the €23m budget Amazon-RTVE blockbuster series Boundless directed by Simon West.
MAX PIRKIS
Partner - Acquisitions
Max was previously Head of Acquisitions & Distribution at Embankment Films, where he managed the acquisition and worldwide distribution of over forty films, grossing in excess of $200m.

He has worked on films including double Academy Award winner The Father, Academy nominee The Wife, The Son, Emily, Netflix's smash-hit Purple Hearts, The Dressmaker, and BAFTA nominee McQueen.

Following a degree at Cambridge, Max worked for award-winning commercials production company Gorgeous Entertainment, before development placements at Working Title, Studiocanal and a Producer's Assistant role prior to Embankment.
